We provide clinical psychology services including assessment, diagnosis and treatment of psychological and mental health problems. We use evidence based treatments based on the most current research relevant to your diagnosis.

FEES
We provide treatment to patients who are referred via Mental Health Care Plan from their GP and to private patients. If you are referred via a Mental Health Care Plan you are required to pay the full cost on the day and we will process your rebate immediately via Medicare Easyclaim. The rebate will be transferred into your account immediately. Currently the rebate from Medicare is $141.85 (from 1st July 2024). Private patients can have claims processed on the day via HICAPS, which means you will only need to pay the gap between the fee and the rebate.
We also provide treatment to clients who are referred under Work Cover or Comcare. If you are referred under Work Cover or Comcare we will bill them directly at no cost to you.
All sessions last between 50 to 60 minutes. The recommended fee for a 50 minute session from the Australian Psychological Society is $311. However, we recognize that is unaffordable for the majority of our clients. The fee schedule is set out below.

Full Fee: $255 (Out of pocket cost $113.15 if eligible for Mental Health Care Plan)
Concession Fee: $210 (Out of pocket cost $68.15 if eligible for Mental Health Care Plan)
Clinical Psychologists (Rebecca Penrose, Dr Jessica Cipolla & Dr Tomoko Nishizawa)
Full Fee: $245 (Out of pocket cost $103.15 if eligible for Mental Health Care Plan)
Concession Fee: $205 (Out of pocket cost $63.15 if eligible for Mental Health Care Plan)
